    In My Theoretical Structure of Electron,eventhough large number of Reaction M particles occupy Smeared cloud only certain unified Number of Reaction M particles contribute to the total Charge by Electron.This is because Spherical area is the force that charge exert.

       Eventhough Mass of Electron and Mass of Proton are differing their charge is same in Magnitude.This is because of action of Unified Number of particles at the Surface.This I proved.Here in case of electron Transformation constants are C=10 and Boltmann constant.Unified Number in case of Electron is 10^9.
