Theoretically when a Photon is brought to rest,at that moment its Spin becomes 1 in Magnitude in 1D or S=C2.This is at the moment of transformation.Onwards it transforms into Tachyonic type of Particles and Virtually neutral charged Photons,Virtually neutral charged Gravitons.What this indicates?This indicates that most of Scientists made a fault,i.e,they misunderstood that photon vibrates with its freuency during its motion and its Spin is 1 during its motion.Any photon is not Vibrating and rotating during its motion.It is having frequency of vibration when it is brought to rest.It is having Spin 1 in magnitude when it is just at rest.
Don't fear, above invention changes Basics of theories slightly.You can obtain proof for this i,e, using Compton wavelength in case of Photon considering its Rest mass as equal to Transformed form of Mass(this is Zero in direct form as EM radiation and not Zero in other form).
