In an event to relate Spin,S of Particle with factor V²/C^2,  I proved theoretically that Quarks are not pre-existing inside the Nucleus.This is verified by theoretical Structures of Proton and Neutron.Here differing structure between Proton and neutron needs a transformation constant C^1/2.This transformation constant explains very easy interaction between P-P;P-N;N-N.Quarks might be forming after transformation of N to P or P to N subjected to the environmental conditions.The theoretical structures strongly assert that Density of one Quark, ρ is highest and that of other Quark is less than this and that of another Quark is lesser than this.This type of varying density suggested me that Quarks are not primarily existing inside the Proton and Neutron.My theoretical Particle structures of Proton and Neutron are based on Action M and Reaction M particles and compressed gravitons.Compressed Gravitons are the reason for Strong interaction to arise.This is proved in case of Neutron.
