HIGHLIGHTS.

 

     Concept of Rest mass was understood by Einstein to an extent of 99%.There is proof for this.A photon moves because of difference in its density and density of Space or medium.It is not vibrating when it is moving.This is evident with its definite Strucure.It is almost all Spherical(when observed in nearly zero gravity field.).Clue for existence for its structure is Pair Production Phenomena.

       Photon vibrates at its own frequency when it is stopped and disappears as Tachyonic type of Particles in free space and disappears as Virtually neutral Charged Photons with Tachyonic type of Particles in a Medium.
