HIGHLIGHTS.

 

Need of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is Programming Method.Electron can be used as Programming point.The absolute value of Electron's radius[1] can be choosen to get Action and Reaction Programmes.Here 10^-9 metre should be choosen as infinitesimal Point for representation.This Point if multiplied by  Action 03 acts as Action.Further Reaction 03 multiplied with 10^-9 metre is choosen,then it acts as Reaction.The above mentioned Scales can be Choosen to write programme with Elect

ron.
