HIGHLIGHTS.
Muon's mass is related to Unification with respect to mass of Electron.Based on Electron's Neutrino's Energy I calculated Absolute value of Energy of Muon's Neutrino=163.520 KeV in free Space .This is reflected in Use of action 4Dimensions and Reaction 4Dimensions at a time with other Unification value of C=1 Unity system like value.
Note:Free space or Vaccum here is Space between any two non-interacting Galaxies.
