Convex Lens is having property of focussing the radiations falling on it.In doing so it tries to Unify certain signals.Here arises a Unification constant C=103 and an action reaction pair correction as 2.Therefore smallest possible[1] value of Quantised focal length is 16.1Cm.This I proved why 16.1Cm? using above said values and incident angle  coverage as 1800 degree.
