HIGHLIGHTS.
Spin of Black hole can be quantised.This I proved in a situation like some times Unification needs both Reciprocal co-ordinate systems and Direct co-ordinate systems.This situation gave me a relation h3/2=1.This is important relation as it gave me a chance to understand the Atmosphere of Black hole as if it is an atmosphere of Unified Matter and Energy(here Energy means tachyonic type of Particles).
