HIGHLIGHTS:
Real Universe according to my Theories is completely relativistic even though some events are associated with low velocities.It was the fault of Ancent Scientists to distinguish between Relativistic and Non-relativistic Phenomena.This fault arised because of lack of Knoweledge of Perfect theoretical backgrounds and limitations of Instruments leaving as such without corrections.I built every Theory of Science based on Relativistic methods.Whether Classical limits exists?It is only for those who distinguish without correction of theories and limitation of Instruments.In feature winning Theories are Relativistic Theories as observed in Present Developments of Technology.
For this real Universe,its parts and whole to explain as relativistic phenomena one needs value of 'h' and its meaning.In one of the Document I highlighted why value of 'h' is like that? This helps to understand other values of Constants available in Science as why they are like that?If it is cleared then,
it is easy to build Science as a Programme.
