HIGHLIGHTS:
I modified Base Planck's Units considering Particle theory alone without incoporating Wave theory.That is instead of 'h'/6.284, I used 'h'.Using Planck's Density,Planck's Temprature,Free space Density,and one value of C=1 System for Unification,I showed that there is a Relation between Energy values in Energy spectra of Unified Energy values.
