HIGHLIGHTS:
To build a Universe model and to analyse Scientific theories,to correct dimension coincidences one needs values of C=1 ,C2=1,C3=1,C4=1 unity systems.I invented two values for C which made me to achieve Unification of three forces in Nature.I found that Cn spectrum contains 24 values.Further I invented that C3 spectrum is related to reciprocal systems.
